Day 2...

Day 2.....
I find that having a good morning is the key for having a good day. If I pig out at breakfast, the rest of day usually goes downhill. Even if I hardly eat anything after breakfast, I still end up taking in more calories that I would like to.
This morning was ok. I didn't have breakfast just had a small spoonful of almond butter and a slice of turkey. Luckily it is easy for me to control my eating at work. I usually don't eat anything in the office and have a salad for dinner at home.
I am wearing size 0 pants/jeans but I would like to be back in 00 within the next week or so. I wonder if it's possible. My bra size is 34B right now - should be back to 34A by the time I hit size 00.
Can't wait!!!!!!!

Why?

Why this blog? To help myself, and possibly others, to stay strong every day.
Life is great - as long I am skinny, my ribcage is visible, have a gap between my thighs and my hip and collar bones are showing. The great thing is that this is all in my control. I have the power to make things happen. I have the power to look the way I want to look. As long as I stay strong, I will get there.

Today will be a great day!
